The all-new Pirtek Racing livery for Andrew Jordan’s 2016 MSA British Touring Car Championship campaign has been revealed.

The striking blue chrome livery, which will adorn the Motorbase Performance-prepared Ford Focus, was unveiled to Pirtek guests and other sponsors and partners during a lunch at the BRDC Clubhouse at Silverstone today (Wednesday 2 December).

“The Pirtek Racing livery is now an iconic livery in motor racing and it has a very strong following,” said Andrew. “We’ve gone for a brighter blue and it looks very distinctive. It is very, very impressive and I’m sure the car is going to go as well as it looks!”

The new livery was chosen in response to overwhelming feedback when Andrew raced with a limited edition chrome livery last year at Snetterton. The special one-off livery marked a new three-year partnership agreement between Andrew and Pirtek. The launch of the new Pirtek livery came just 24 hours after it was confirmed that the BTCC’s unrivalled live TV coverage on ITV4 will continue until at least 2022. The 2016 season starts at Brands Hatch over the weekend of 2/3 April. Andrew, Pirtek Racing and Motorbase Performance will start a major title bid at the home track for the Motorbase team.

Pirtek is Europe’s number one provider of hydraulic solutions and mobile hose replacement, with over 170 centres supported by over 700 mobile service workshops throughout Europe; offering solutions to a number of business sectors including the automotive industry.
